Sony's PlayStation Black Friday Deals Rock Deep Discounts On Consoles And PSVR

Some of the best deals being offered include a Spider-Man 1TB PS4 bundle for $200, various PlayStation VR bundles for $200, and DualShock 4 controllers for $40.

Starting with the core console, Sony will be serving up a new Marvel Spider-Man Standard Edition PS4 bundle for $199.99 Dollars ($259.99 CAN).

Plus, one-year PlayStation Plus memberships will be on sale (pricing to be determined) and the PlayStation Store will hold a Black Friday sale on digital games!

This year, it falls on November 23, but Sony has a whole week of deals planned, spanning November 18 through November 26 in the United States and November 22 through November 30 in Canada.

If this all sounds familiar, you're probably thinking of the Apple iPhone 5C , which Apple launched five years ago. But instead of catching the eye of those buyers, it's last year's iPhone 8 and 8 Plus that have seen demand growth.


This is just a preview, however, with Sony confirming it will "soon" confirm more details on its Black Friday deals. Those include discounts on system bundles, accessories like controllers and PlayStation VR, and a subscription to PlayStation Plus. A great addition for you or friends who are aching for a chance to play and experience a brand-new and authentic Spider-Man adventure.

Discounts on PS Plus via the PlayStation Store from November 16th as well as a host of to be announced discounts on the PlayStation store, including an exclusive discount for PS Plus subscribers on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. There's a special new ad that'll debut on November 16, which you can see below, but Sony offered a sneak peek at it on the official PlayStation Blog ahead of time, along with some deal listings.
