Jimmy Butler explains emotional outburst in return to practice

A day after being vocal about his displeasure with the Minnesota Timberwolves, All-Star guard Jimmy Butler reportedly told his teammates today that he would compete with them. The Miami Heat and Timberwolves talked about a potential trade but recent talks fell apart. He would become an unrestricted free agent after this season, and would likely get a five-year maximum contract from interested suitors.

Butler requested a trade before the start of training camp, but the Wolves have yet to agree to a deal. Was I brutally honest? Yes.

Butler told ESPN that he plans to be back at practice Thursday, but cautioned that the relationship with the Timberwolves is still fractured. We aren't burning his jersey, but we are calling it like it is, just as Butler has said he likes to do with his teammates and his coaches.

Butler made a dramatic return to the Timberwolves on Wednesday, boldly challenging teammates, coaches and front-office executives in the session. For what it's worth, Teague said the Wolves "played hard" at Wednesday's practice.

Canada is by far the No. 1 destination for US exports, and the USA market accounts for 75 percent of what Canada sells overseas . He says this latest agreement goes into more detail on environmental issues than the original pact signed almost 25 years ago.

Minnesota's front office stood firm in their desire to keep Butler and reportedly shut down inquires from opposing teams, per Wojnarowski. I didn't go at those two.

"It's not about money", Butler said.

This will be must see TV for all, but especially for teams like the Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat who still may show interest in Butler. Some would argue that those same things could be said about LeBron James, and perhaps that's part of the reason Butler doesn't want to align with James. Like it or not, it wasn't just then, so we can put that to rest.

And look at that: The same night Jimmy Drama pitched his fit, the Bulls held the Pacers under 60 points in the first half of Wednesday night's preseason game. Woo. But when you go in that locker room and you ask those guys who do you want to play with?
