Liz Swisher, Brett Kavanaugh's former Yale classmate, talks about college drinking

Questions about Kavanaugh's alleged habitual blackout drunkenness were repeatedly raised by Democratic Party senators. Flake, at a committee hearing Friday afternoon, asked for a week's delay in the Senate's consideration of Kavanaugh so the FBI can investigate. I still like beer.

But that's just not true, according to some of Kavanaugh's good friends from his days at Yale.

"There's no medical way I can say that he was blacked out", Swisher previously told the Washington Post after Kavanaugh denied ever blacking out in an interview with Fox News.

I was appalled. He was clearly lying. Chris Dudley was the one who went in, under the "egging on" of Brett Kavanaugh and they thought it was amusing. That's what was surprising to me. I think a lot of kids drink too much in college. When Brett got drunk, he was often belligerent and aggressive.

Ms Brookes said she remembered that night he was pledging to a fraternity.

"According to several Law School enrollees", wrote the school's paper, "students sitting in Harvard Law classrooms Thursday "applauded" and "burst out in cheers" when Kavanaugh said he might never return to a teaching role".

"I've done everything they have requested and will continue to co-operate", said the 53-year-old judge. They are irreconcilable with the yearbook, many witnesses, & my clients.

O'Donnell, then returned to Kavanaugh's apparent minimization of his drinking from back in the day.

Cowboys vs Seahawks: Ezekiel Elliott Takes Blame, "That Loss Is On Me"
Given his brief absence Monday night, and the team's overall lack of carries through two games, all eyes will be on Carson Sunday. According to the report, a team official said Thomas had not been traded and that he is indeed dealing with a personal issue.

"When he would drink, he would get obnoxious", she said.

Why this matters: if it turns out that Kavanaugh is not telling the truth about comparatively little things, that could undercut the credibility of his denials about the bigger things. Following Thursday's testimony by Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, the magazine of the Jesuit religious order in the United States publicly withdrew its endorsement of Kavanaugh.

Also at the most recent Senate hearing, when asked about a reference to "Devil's Triangle" in his yearbook, Kavanaugh insisted it was the name of a drinking game similar to Quarters.

Avenatti wrote, "Brett Kavanaugh must also be asked about this entry in his yearbook: 'FFFFFFFourth of July.' We believe that this stands for: Find them, French them, Feel them, Finger them, F*ck them, Forget them. The language from Judge Kavanaugh's high school yearbook refers to the fact that he and Ms. Dolphin attended that one high school event together and nothing else".

The year book page of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

"Perhaps sensing that it needed an online presence, someone on Capitol Hill, operating from a congressional IP address, chose to update Wikipedia to include an entry for "* "Devil's Triangle", a popular drinking game enjoyed by friends of Judge Brett Kavanaugh".

William Fishburne managed the Georgetown Prep football during Kavanaugh's senior year there. Fishburne said, "The explanation of Devil's Triangle does not hold water for me".

Former classmates have described Kavanaugh as "sloppy" and "frequently" drunk. Yeah, definitely. Is it believable that Kavanaugh was one of them? Kavanaugh and his supporters have bragged about its favorable rating of the nominee, with Sen. Two of Kavanaugh's classmates told The New York Times that "Renate Alumnius" is an inside joke about supposed sexual conquests with Schroeder.
