East Coast Residents Weary From Fourth Nor'easter

Snow will turn heavy with the secondary low cruising up the coast early Wednesday morning. The weather service predicts wet and heavy snow with wind gusts of up to 35 miles per hour that could cause tree branches to fall and cause power outages. A Bellmore woman shoveling snow died of a heart attack Thursday, authorities said, and a motorist was killed in a Wantagh State Parkway crash Wednesday.

Most of this should be out of here by race time in Martinsville Sunday afternoon.

Later, on Saturday night, snow will be moving into Appalachia.

In New Jersey, cleanup from March's previous storms was still ongoing.

In Westchester County, over 10 inches has been reported in White Plains.

Snow will arrive in the area Wednesday morning and will overtake the state by late afternoon. These areas could see anywhere from 8-12" + of snow with localized pockets of 16-24"+ above 2,500 ft.
