Rich Swann Domestic Violence Incident: WWE Suspends Wrestler After Arrest

Police said the incident happened after Swann was arguing with his wife, who is also a wrestler. The Def was critiquing the Vic's performance and began getting angry with her. Yung, feeling the argument was "going to escalate", attempted to flee and got out of the auto.

The complaint states that Swann, after being read his Miranda rights, told officers he did not grab his wife and put her in the auto.

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) said in a statement Sunday that Rich Swann, 26, is suspended indefinitely following his arrest. What's insane is Swann's auto was still moving when he hopped out to chase down Riggs, and it ended up hitting a telephone pole.

Following the arrest, Swann (according to the report) denied physically touching Yung, or forcing her back into the auto. Swann allegedly also got out, and dragged Yung back into the auto by her head and arm.

An eyewitness reported that Riggs was seen to be pounding on the car's window, screaming for help as Swann drove away.

Search continues for missing North Carolina girl
Police have spoken to the couple and searched their vehicle , but have found no sign of the missing girl, the Daily News said. Woods said her daughter wears leg braces to help her walk, meaning she would have been unlikely to wander off alone.

Riggs told police she was afraid the argument would "turn into physical violence" because Swann has a "temper".

Swann and Yung have been married for nine months after being in a romantic relationship for about five years. He was also charged with battery and is being held at the Alachua County Jail, per the report. He has been charged with Kidnapping/False imprisonment.

WWE has suspended Swann as WWE has zero tolerance for incidents like these.

Rich Swann was originally scheduled to face Drew Gulak in a number one contenders match for the Cruiserweight Championship on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, but it doesn't look like that will be happening. Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended.
