Comedian Hannibal Buress Arrested in Miami for Disorderly Intoxication

The comedian, Hannibal Buress, found himself in an unfortunate predicament over the weekend after police arrested him in Miami, Florida.

As Buress was being arrested, a bystander captured cellphone footage of the comedian arguing with two Miami police officers. He screams at the officers, "Am I under arrest?" In the video, he can heard asking the officers to explain what he was being detained for.

Buress again asks "what am I being detained for?"

The Miami Police Department shared on Twitter that Buress was arrested for disorderly intoxication, but did not mention a charge for trespassing. As one officer complains that he's being hard, Buress laughs and retorts to his partner: "He's just salty because I roasted his ass". The area is home to Art Basel-related events, which draws celebrities from around the world, the newspaper reports.

According to the Miami Herald, a video has begun circulating online of Buress in a heated argument with the Miami police.

The changes reflect an update in August to the Personal and Sensitive Information section of Google's Developer Policy Center. For example, the in-app disclosure must be shown within the app itself and not just the Play Store listing or on a website.

In a report from TMZ, the comedian allegedly approached the police and asked for an Uber.

Buress was reportedly released at 6 a.m. after posting a $500 bond. The officer says he refused, which caused Hannibal to become angry and belligerent.

Buress is featured on the TV show Broad City and has appeared in movies such as Spiderman Homecoming and Baywatch.

Buress is best remembered for a 2014 stand up routine that made reference to persistent allegations of sexual misconduct against Bill Cosby.
