Duke and Duchess of Cambridge expecting third child in April

Publishing pictures on its official Twitter account, Kensington Palace said, "Many of the children on today's journey are going through hard times in their lives".

Pregnant Kate Middleton has to hide her misery as she is being forced back to work despite her battle with extreme hyperemesis gravidarum. At one point she even danced with the bear in front of the crowd at the train station. (The film Paddington 2 will premiere on November 10 in the U.K.) The Duchess twirled in her peach Orla Kiely dress while dancing with her new furry friend.

Britain's Prince William and his wife Catherine have revealed that their third child is due in April next year.

If Kate is overdue, this could mean that the couple's new son or daughter will have a birthday very close to big sister Princess Charlotte, who arrived on 2nd May 2015.

Thankfully, however, she appears to be on the mend and joined husband William, 35, for a charity event at Paddington Station in London on Monday.

Another said: "Thank you for sharing this special news today".

Media speculation on Kate's exact due date reached fever pitched in the final weeks of her previous pregnancies and will no doubt have royal fans on the edge of their seats again come April. "Hope the Duchess is doing well with her morning sickness".

Either way, the new arrival will be fifth in line to throne, bumping uncle Prince Harry down to sixth.

The Duchess also suffered from the same condition through her pregnancies with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, both of which kept her mostly out of the public eye.
