Names of Governors meeting Buhari today in London

The four governors are from the South-South, South-East, North-West and South-West respectively.

President Muhammadu Buhari has not been seen since leaving Africa's most populous country, which is battling an economic crisis, terrorism and a regional starvation, for medical treatment at the beginning of May.

A thin-looking Buhari was last seen in Nigeria on state television welcoming a group of 82 girls released by Islamist militant group Boko Haram, just hours before he flew to Britain to begin his medical leave.

He said the president has lost weight.

It is believed that the President will return to the country by next month to continue his duties.

Meanwhile, the purported visit of the PDP delegation is coming in the face of some criticism from the Leader of the PDP Governors and Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose.

The site is open for women of all ages and for men over the age of 50, Xinhua news agency quoted a police spokesperson as saying. The Palestinian president has suspended all contacts with Israel until metal detectors near the al Aqsa mosque are removed.

His office at the weekend published a photograph of the 74-year-old head of state meeting a delegation of state governors at Nigeria's diplomatic residence in London.

Members of the delegation that visited the president are Governors Rochas Okorocha of Imo, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa, Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna, Yahaya Bello of Kogi, Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi and the APC National Chairman, John Oyegun.

The statement showed that Buhari in the letter dated July 24, 2017, thanked Conde for the good gesture and assured him that he would return home as soon as his doctors advise accordingly.

Garba Shehu, senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity, who disclosed this during an interactive session with state house correspondents, said the meeting will hold by 3pm on Wednesday.

The presidential spokesman added that the Presidency was not in any way disturbed by the two cases instituted in court seeking to compel the Federal Executive Council to declare Buhari incapacitated and asking Senate President Bukola Saraki to constitute a medical panel on Buhari's health condition.
